Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy On Regional Innovation Capacity In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Since the reform and open policy,our country economy grows rapidly,but a series of social problems have been caused behind the economy is growing rapidly.Therefore,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the high-quality development route.China’s economic development should not only pursue speed,but also grasp the quality and realize the transformation from high-speed economic development to high-quality economic development,from "quantity improvement" to "quality optimization",from "scale expansion" to "reasonable structure".Among the five development concepts,innovation occupies a key position and is the primary force to promote high-quality economic development.A series of evidence shows that innovative development has become the core force to stimulate high-quality economic growth in the future.At the same time,the global activities of information technology revolution represented by the Internet have provided many innovative business models for the economic development of various countries and promoted the attention of various countries to the digital economy.Digital economy is a brand new economy,leading the whole economic society to digital transformation,has been continuously promoting the economic development of the whole economy and society.with its strong influence.Our country has also seized the digital opportunity,vigorously developed the digital economy has achieved great results.From 2011 to 2020,the scale of China’s digital economy is growing year by year,accounting for an increasing ratio of GDP.In 2020,The scale of China’s digital economy has accounted for 38.6percent of GDP,reaching 39.2 trillion yuan.There is no doubt that with the vigorous development of digital economy,Data is a new factor of production,and has become the main reason and development direction of innovation,beyond the traditional production of the economy.Therefore,this thesis studies digital economy and regional innovation ability together.Aiming at the prominent characteristics of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this thesis puts forward some possible effective policy suggestions in order to integrate the Yangtze River Economic Belt into sustainable economic development.Therefore,this thesis first describes the basic concepts of digital economy and regional innovation capability at home and abroad,and then determines how to understand and deal with them.This thesis explores how the digital economy affects regional innovation capacity,but also studies three indirect transmission paths: attracting talents,promoting industrial upgrading and strengthening government intervention.Next,the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2020 were used to construct the regional innovation capability and digital economy index system,and then the digital economy index was calculated and regional innovation capacity by using the entropy method,and tests the direct mechanism and indirect path of the impact of digital economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt regional innovation capacity through empirical measurement.Finally,the corresponding conclusions are drawn and policy recommendations are put forward.This thesis shows that there is a regional imbalance between the digital economy and innovation development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the development of digital economy can not only promote the development of regional innovation capabilities,but also promote the development of regional innovation capacity from different perspectives through three indirect paths: attracting talents,promoting industrial upgrading and strengthening government intervention.Policy recommendations are put forward.So.First,the government should improve the political and economic system and strengthen macro-control.We will strengthen regional cooperation along the Yangtze Economic Belt,actively optimize and lead the market,and ensure optimal allocation of resources.On the other hand,regions should pay more attention to Strengthen the digital economy and ensure regional innovation.We have been strengthening and consolidate digital infrastructure and develop emerging digital industries.Cultivate digital compound talents,carry out relevant training for talents by analyzing market demand;Improve digital security technology through policy means and standardize digital processing process to ensure digital security.
