Evaluation Study On The Cultivation Effect Of High-quality Farmers In Xinyang City

In the new historical development stage,it is of great strategic significance to comprehensively promote the strategy of rural revitalization,stabilize the basic agricultural market,and guard the foundation of "three rural areas".The key to solving the problem of "three rural areas" and promoting the high-quality development of agriculture lies in the revitalization of talents.For a long time,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the cultivation of high-quality farmers,and have actively promoted the specific implementation of highquality farmers’ cultivation projects.Taking the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Xinyang City as the research theme,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the high-quality farmers involved in cultivation based on the perspective of the cultivation effect of farmers,so as to explore the effective way to improve the cultivation effect of high-quality farmers in Xinyang City.Based on lifelong learning theory,human capital theory and comprehensive human development theory,the content of the paper was based on the literature method,questionnaire survey and other methods to investigate the cultivation status,cultivation policy cognition and cultivation effect of trainees who participated in the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Xinyang City.Based on this,a twelve-level index system for evaluating the cultivation effect of high-quality farmers was constructed from the four dimensions of economy,society,ecology and culture,the weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy method,and the cultivation effect of high-quality farmers in Xinyang City was evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and the analysis and induction were made in combination with the principle of maximum subordination.Empirical research and case analysis show that the "social effect" and "cultural effect" of the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Xinyang City are evaluated as "average",the evaluation of "economic effect" and "ecological effect" is "good",and the overall cultivation effect is evaluated as "average".Based on the above research conclusions,and drawing on the advanced experience of high-quality farmers cultivation in advanced areas,this paper puts forward targeted strategies to improve the cultivation effect of farmers from four aspects: improving economic effectiveness,optimizing social performance,promoting ecological development and enhancing cultural effects.First of all,from the perspective of improving economic effectiveness,we should strengthen multi-party linkage and improve subsidy policies;Secondly,from the perspective of optimizing social performance,we must continue to cultivate advanced models and strengthen support and guidance;Thirdly,from the perspective of helping the ecology,it is necessary to innovate cultivation methods and improve the cultivation system;Finally,from the aspect of improving cultural effects,we should improve the level of informatization and promote brand construction.So as to promote the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Xinyang City to be more refined and perfect.The research results of this paper are expected to provide theoretical reference and decision-making reference for optimizing the cultivation of high-quality farmers.
