This article follows the first theoretical discussion of re-empirical research,and finally put forward the basic ideas of countermeasures.It comprehensively uses empirical analysis and normative analysis,in-depth interview and field experience,and case analysis methods to investigate the development of tea tourism in Xinyang City.Tea tourism refers to a variety of natural and cultural landscapes related to tea,tea production process and labor life scenes,tea customs,tea culture and arts as a tourist attraction,a fusion of tourism experience,business and leisure as a whole new tourism form.Natural areas of tea areas,large tea trading venues,tea planting,processing techniques,tea customs,tea history,art and rituals for drinking,tea trading methods,tea events,tea science and technology achievements constitute the main body of tea tourism attractions.Tea tourism has five characteristics: participation,integration,dependence,cultural and regional characteristics.It mainly includes five forms of expression: tea garden tourism,tea production experience,tea health,tea business and exhibition,and short-term participation in seasonal tea production activities.Each form of expression does not necessarily have to be carried out independently.Xinyang tea tourism development environment is superior,tea tourism resources are rich,tea tourism industry integration has begun to show results.Driven by the three factors of policy,economy,and society,tea tourism plays an important role in the tourism economy of Xinyang City,and it has become an integral part of Xinyang tourism.There are mainly five development modes for Xinyang tea tourism: the beautiful tea township model based on tea garden tourism,the well-known scenic spot + tea theme area model represented by Nanwan Lake Tea Island,and the ecological tea plantation managed by the company as the main form.Tea enterprises + ecological tea gardens,tea culture represented by tea museums,and tea exhibitions represented by tea festivals.The development of tea tourism in Xinyang City has the following problems:(1)The integration of tea and tourism industry is not high.The main reasons are: the development of tourism is relatively late,the industrial foundation is weak,and the competitiveness is not strong;the foundation of the tea industry tea industry is poor,The degree of organization is low,the circulation system is not perfect,the extension of the tea industry chain is not enough,the industrial foundation is weak,the overall layout of the tea tourism project is not systematic,the integration of the existing tea tourism resources is insufficient,and the characteristics of the new planning project are notprominent.(2)The innovation of tea tourism product development is not enough.The main reason is that the research on Xinyang tea culture is not systematic enough,and the publicity and development remain on the surface,and its core value is not excavated.The interpretation of its connotation is relatively simple and its creativity is insufficient.(3)The tea tourism and tea industry failed to conduct effective joint marketing;(4)The shortage of tea tourism professionals was mainly due to the unclear function of the main participants in tea tourism,the failure of the government to give full play to its leading functions,and the improvement of various institutional measures.Talent introduction and encouragement of tea and brigade industry to carry out joint marketing,business operations can not make full use of tea industry resources to carry out marketing and promotion activities,tea brigade marketing,tea tourism personnel training and introduction is difficult to carry out extensively,and lack of strong support.Based on the advanced experience of tea tourism development at home and abroad,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the problems and causes of tea tourism development in Xinyang City: To adjust the local conditions and highlight the characteristics,and to make an overall plan for the distribution of Xinyang downtown area,suburban areas around the city and major production areas.Tea County Tea Tourism;integrate tea tourism resources,build tea tourism brands,and promote the deep integration of the tea tourism industry;increase tea culture innovation,tea technology research and development and transformation,enrich tea tourism products;actively play the leading role of the government,formulate various Support policies,encourage and guide joint marketing of tea tours,establish talent introduction and training mechanisms,and provide policy support and talent protection for the development of tea tourism.
