| With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,consumers’ demand for organic agricultural products is getting higher and higher,but the low efficiency of the operation mode of the organic agricultural products supply chain,the low quality of organic agricultural products,and the low overall profit of the supply chain are the main manifestations of the development of organic agricultural products in China.By analyzing the difference between organic agricultural products and green agricultural products,it can be concluded that the price of organic agricultural products is higher,the standard is higher and the product safety is higher,and with the increase in people’s demand for organic agricultural products,the study of organic agricultural products is more in line with the future agricultural market development prospects.The traditional agricultural product supply chain mode mainly includes three types: leading enterprise type,wholesale market type and agricultural super docking type,combined with organic agricultural product supply chain,in order to improve the overall profit of organic agricultural products supply chain,the quality of organic agricultural products and the operational efficiency of organic agricultural products supply chain,it is particularly important to choose a supply chain operation mode suitable for the development of organic agricultural products.However,by reviewing the relevant research of scholars on the supply chain of agricultural products in recent years,it is found that in the actual market environment,information asymmetry is prone to occur between various enterprises in the organic agricultural product supply chain,resulting in farmers’ uncertainty about the price of agricultural products entering the market,the decline of the overall income of the supply chain,and the information asymmetry such as the quality and safety of organic agricultural products flowing into the market,resulting in a decline in consumer trust and an impact on the brand image of organic agricultural products.Blockchain has the characteristics of openness and transparency,decentralization,information sharing,and information tamper-proof,so blockchain technology can be used to solve problems such as information asymmetry.The application of blockchain technology can help organic agricultural products supply chain enterprises complete strategic transformation,improve the overall efficiency of the organic agricultural products supply chain,improve the quality of organic agricultural products,and improve the traceability of organic agricultural products,while the application of blockchain technology to achieve information sharing has also increased the additional expenditure of organic agricultural products supply chain related enterprises,but with the introduction of national policies in recent years,such as rural revitalization,rural development and other policies,it is conducive to helping enterprises solve capital problems.However,the price of organic agricultural products is higher than the price of green products,coupled with the additional technical cost of using blockchain technology to achieve information sharing,is it beneficial for enterprises to choose to apply blockchain technology to the overall development of the supply chain? Is it the best strategy for businesses to choose to apply blockchain technology? Is government subsidy for organic agricultural supply chain companies the best strategy? The research on the above problems has important practical significance for the strategy selection of government subsidies and the choice of organic agricultural products enterprises to apply blockchain.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Under the background of the current research situation of organic agricultural products at home and abroad,the optimal operation mode of the supply chain of organic agricultural products is studied.Firstly,based on relevant theoretical concepts,this paper explains the differences between organic agricultural products and green agricultural products,as well as the differences between wholesale market type supply chain operation modes and agricultural supermarket docking type supply chain operation modes.A Stackelberg game model is established,that is,a two-level single cycle supply chain system model for producers and retailers is established using wholesale market type and agricultural supermarket docking type organic agricultural product supply chain modes,and the results of the two game models are compared and analyzed,The optimal profit model,namely,the optimal operation supply chain model for organic agricultural products,was obtained.Finally,a numerical simulation analysis was conducted using system dynamics.The results show that the overall revenue of the supply chain is greater under the operation mode of agricultural supermarket connected organic agricultural products supply chain,followed by higher quality organic agricultural products and greater consumer satisfaction.(2)Study the best strategies for government and organic agricultural product supply chain related enterprises in the context of applying blockchain technology to achieve information sharing under government subsidies for organic agricultural product supply chain enterprises.In the Stackelberg game model of the agricultural supermarket supply chain operation model,it is assumed that the game model is in the most ideal state,that is,information sharing among various enterprises in the organic agricultural product supply chain.However,in the real market environment,information sharing is difficult to maintain.Therefore,the concept of blockchain is introduced,and the characteristics of blockchain are utilized to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the supply chain,that is,information sharing,However,due to the high investment cost of blockchain technology,the introduction of a government subsidy strategy requires the establishment of an evolutionary game model between the government and the enterprise,followed by the establishment of revenue demand functions for the government and the enterprise under different strategic choices,the establishment of a revenue payment matrix,and the establishment of a replication dynamic equation between the government and the enterprise.In this way,four evolutionary game equilibrium points are obtained,and the optimal strategy situation is obtained through the analysis of the evolutionary results,Then,MATLAB software is used to simulate and verify the accuracy and applicability of the proposed evolutionary game model of government subsidy mechanism,analyze and identify the influencing factors of the model,and determine the best strategy.Finally,MATLAB software is used to simulate and analyze the impact of the additional revenue,corporate brand image,government credibility and other parameters selected by both parties’ strategies on the evolutionary game results,and then targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for both the government and organic agricultural product enterprises.The results show that government subsidies and enterprises choosing to apply blockchain technology to achieve information sharing are the best strategic choices.The amount of government subsidies has a significant impact on the evolution results,while the additional benefits of the best strategic choices of enterprises and governments have a small impact on the evolution results,and the degree of decline in government credibility The degree of decline in the brand image of organic agricultural products enterprises has a significant impact on the evolution results,and the overall revenue of the organic agricultural product supply chain has a significant impact on the evolution results. |
