The issue of the quality and safety of agricultural products is the highest one of the today’s social concerning problems. As more and more agricultural products’ quality and safety problems are exposed to people, it has became an urgent needs to establish a set of reasonable management mechanism on agricultural products. A lot of scholars’study has showed that asymmetric information is the root of the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products. Since supply chain management is the most commonly used means of management, scholars use it to solve the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products. Based on the perspective of the supply chain, this article studied the signal transduction mechanisms in the agricultural product supply chain as follows:(1) Based on the asymmetry of the Supply Chain Signaling of agricultural products, this paper created an evolutionary game model on the signaling of agricultural products, studied the evolution of supply chain of agricultural products in three different states, such as "pooling equilibrium","quasi-separating equilibrium" and "separating equilibrium". Then, it analyzed the evolutional phase of the supply market of agricultural products and its evolutional stability at each equilibrium states. It concludes that it is better to avoid "pooling equilibrium" state of the supply market, the "quasi-separating equilibrium" evolutionary direction is in the "Separating Perfect Bayesian Equilibrium " supply market. Then it did a case study that the research work would provide some advice of control policies for government.(2) Considering the problem of quality and safety of the supply of agricultural products, this paper studied the safety monitoring of supply chain of agricultural products by an evolutionary game mode, then applied the copy dynamic analysis to the model and draw the evolution of the phase diagram. It obtained different factors that impact on the direction of evolution of the supply of agricultural products market safety monitoring system, and concluded that the system’s evolution states is instability, the direction of the system’s evolution is depends on the original states. Then it did a case study that the research work would provide some advice of control policies for government. |
