Research On Dynamic Decision-making Of Intelligent Product Supply Chain Considering Technological Innovation Under Government Subsidy

The development of science and technology has accelerated the replacement speed of intelligent products,and also continuously improved people’s demand level for product technology.In order to meet consumers’ demand for intelligent products,product innovation has become an important strategic choice for most intelligent manufacturing enterprises to improve market competitiveness,and intelligent product supply chain management has also become a new strategic mode for modern enterprises.At the same time,the governments of various countries also attach great importance to the technological innovation of products and encourage intelligent manufacturers to carry out technological innovation by formulating a series of subsidy policies.In addition,considering the time dynamic characteristics of technological innovation,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the dynamic decision-making problem of the supply chain of intelligent product technological innovation under the government innovation subsidy under the dynamic framework.Based on the research results at home and abroad for reference,as well as the relevant enterprises based on practical experience,using the theory and game analysis research method,taking into account the intelligent dynamic features of technical innovation in the supply chain operations and supply chain members decision problem,build the cooperation between the members of supply chain contract,and to explore the government subsidies innovation behavior feedback intelligent product supply chain under balanced decision problem,It reveals the importance of supply chain members’ choice contract to their own income and the influence of government innovation subsidy behavior on the dynamic decision-making of supply chain,which provides a theoretical basis for managers’ decisionmaking and government behavior.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Construct a two-level supply chain differential game model consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer from a dynamic perspective,investigate and compare the optimal feedback equilibrium strategies of supply chain members under centralized decision-making,wholesale price contract and cost-sharing contract.The results show that the cost-sharing contract has an incentive effect and can improve the marketing and publicity efforts of retailers,and the cost-sharing ratio can achieve Pareto improvement in the profits of manufacturers and retailers in a certain range.When the proportion of cost sharing increases to a certain extent,the long-term profit of supply chain and manufacturer will decline,while the long-term profit of retailer will keep rising.(2)The dynamic decision-making problem of intelligent product supply chain under different government innovation subsidies is studied from the dynamic perspective.Based on the research in the third chapter,the government innovation subsidy behavior is taken into account in the management decision of enterprises,and the differential game model under the government cost and price subsidy strategy is constructed respectively.The results show that no matter which subsidy strategy the government chooses,the technological innovation degree of products and the benefits of supply chain members can be improved,and the same effect can be achieved when the coefficient of cost subsidy and the amount of price subsidy meet a certain relationship.The government in the process of intelligent product technology innovation plays an important role in regulating and incentive,considering the supply chain profit and social welfare level,the government should take appropriate subsidies policy mechanism play incentive effect,but also should make full use way of cooperation between supply chain members jointly promote the development of the intelligent products and of our country’s whole innovative ability to ascend.
