The Evolutionary Game Of The Clean Vegetable Supply Chain From The Perspective Of Government Subsidies

With the rapid development of urbanization,the huge amount of daily garbage production is also constantly eroding the city,the problem of garbage disposal capacity is becoming increasingly prominent,which poses a serious challenge to the urban environment.Trimmed vegetables into cities can effectively reduce the city garbage,city garbage "downsizing".In some developed countries,such as Japan,Europe and the United States now trimmed vegetables market rate has reached more than 80%.The development of China’s trimmed vegetables industry relatively late construction,trimmed vegetable supply chain development are still in the initial stage,there are many problems in the supply chain system.How to make trimmed vegetable supply chain can be effectively implemented,ensuring the development of the supply chain to minimize the city life trash has become a problem worthy of study.The main research contents are:First,on the basis of previous studies to sort out the trimmed vegetables,vegetable supply chain definition and characteristics,a detailed analysis of the main vegetables related to the supply chain and the relationship between them.Second,through the issuance of trimmed vegetable market survey analysis of the main factors for consumers to buy trimmed vegetables and vegetable market problems.The survey results show that the main factors for consumers to buy trimmed vegetables is trimmed vegetables quality.In addition,China’s vegetable processing industry is relatively weak,the lack of competitiveness.Third,for investment of trimmed vegetables quality,according to the different division of farmers income into three cases,long-term investment of trimmed processed vegetables quality between farmers of risk aversion type and processors of risk neutral type is studied on the basis of evolutionary game theory.The results show that in the market mechanism,three kinds of circumstances can not guarantee the quality of farmers and vegetable processors,the government should establish the implementation of subsidies for those subject with investment of trimmed vegetables quality so as to increase the enthusiasm of the quality investment.Fourth,to solve the problem of weak trimmed vegetables processing industry in China,this paper establishes the evolutionary game model of two echelon supply chain composed of vegetable processors and catering enterprises.The results show that in the market mechanism,long-term strategy selection of trimmed vegetable supply chain subject with uncertainty.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to intervene in vegetable supply chain,the government can use three kinds of effective measures to promote the development of trimmed vegetables supply chain in the long term.
