Research On Logistics Distribution Performance Evaluation Of Niaochao Company

In recent years,with the development of the Internet and e-commerce,the increasing popularity of mobile payment,the emergence of a large number of e-commerce enterprises have been layout and timely distribution of fresh e-commerce field.A large number of enterprises such as Hema Fresh,Orange Heart Optimization,Ding Dong Buy Vegetables,7Frseh and so on have greatly facilitated people’s lives.The survey found that improving the performance of logistics distribution can reduce the operating costs of enterprises,so that enterprises can gain advantages in market competition.Niaochao company is a fresh e-commerce supply chain enterprise that operates Tian Mao half day service.With the intensification of industry competition and the pressure of operating costs,the company has to explore ways to solve the two problems in the performance optimization of logistics distribution.The research object of this paper is the half-day delivery business of Niao Chao Company,applying the relevant theories of logistics distribution,combined with the use of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,qualitative and quantitative analysis combination method and other methods,so as to evaluate the half-day delivery performance of Niao Chao Company and then make targeted suggestions based on the evaluation results,and finally systematically improve the level of logistics performance evaluation.The main research contents of the paper are,first,consult the relevant domestic and foreign data and literature to determine the basic research theory and research method of the logistics and distribution performance evaluation of Niao Chao Company;Secondly,the AHP hierarchical analysis method is used to build a logistics distribution evaluation index system from the financial dimension,customer dimension,distribution process dimension,and learning growth dimension,and assign and calculate the weights of each indicator;The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the logistics and distribution performance of Niao Chao Company based on the affiliation vector and evaluation matrix of the evaluation index,and the overall score is82.45 points,and the grade is good.Finally,the reasons affecting the distribution performance of Niao Chao Logistics are analyzed from the level of primary indicators and the level of secondary indicators.Secondary indicators that do not reach 90 points propose improvement countermeasuresIt is believed that the development of this study will be conducive to improving the logistics management level of Niao Chao Company,and also has reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry to improve the performance level of logistics and distribution.
