Study On Logistics Enterprises Performance Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In recent years, the rapid development of China's logistics industry, foreign logistics enterprises have entered China, China's logistics enterprises to bring a lot of competitive pressure, with the continuous development of logistics theory and practice of logistics activities in the continuous-depth, objective also calls for the establishment of corresponding logistics enterprise performance evaluation system, select a reasonable indicator of performance evaluation and performance evaluation to determine the appropriate approach to science, and objectively reflect the operations of logistics enterprises. Due to the position of the main evaluation, evaluation methods of the diversity, the existence of a subjective evaluation of the course of one-sidedness, there is bound to be differences in evaluation results, scattered non-chapter evaluation system can not be scientific, a fair assessment of business situation.In this thesis, the performance evaluation of logistics problems, combined with the characteristics of logistics enterprises, the establishment of a scientific and rational assessment of logistics performance indicators in an objective and correct assessment of the logistics performance of logistics enterprises, which provide for the operation and management basis to order the theory of China's logistics business and logistics to improve the evaluation of the specific operation to provide guidance.Thesis using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of a combination of methods, through the establishment of a statistical model, build a logistics model of performance evaluation index system, and through the use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the quantitative, qualitative analysis.
