An Optimizing Research On The Logistics Distribution Performance System Of Lidetong Logistics Co.Ltd.

With the quick development of technology and economy,logistics industry in our country ushered in the good development opportunities,but the logistics industry in our country,especially in the third party logistics industry development time is not long,increasing in number of foreign logistics companies to enter China,has posed great challenges to the logistics industry development in our country.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate and analyze the distribution performance of logistics enterprises,and propose Suggestions to improve the distribution performance of logistics enterprises,so as to enhance the competitiveness of logistics enterprises.This Paper is based on logistics performance evaluation in and abroad,on the basis of related research and field survey,the first integrated use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of relevant theory and method of logistics performance evaluation model is set up.Logistics performance model from three cargo warehousing,distribution and transport function,operation index,cost index,index of nine class such as service,security,safety index,the per capita amount of the goods,delivery,storage and code accurate rate,cargo warehousing,sorting breakage rate,satisfaction,etc.23 secondary indexes.Then,the weight of each evaluation index is determined and evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,it is suggested to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution,reduce the error rate,strengthen the construction of professional talent team,improve customer satisfaction,and strengthen the information construction to improve logistics delivery performance.
