Since 2020,global stock markets have been sluggish.The same goes for China.Many securities traders lost confidence.The brain drain in the securities industry intensified.Securities companies need to solve the problem of brain drain through human resource management.This paper chooses A securities company as a case.This paper analyzes the problem of brain drain.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,ideas,methods,content and framework of this paper.The second chapter introduces the incentive theory,equity theory and demand theory.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of brain drain of A securities company.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons of the brain drain of A securities company.The fifth chapter puts forward the strategy to solve the problem of brain drain of A securities company.The sixth chapter concludes the thesis.This paper can provide reference for A securities company to solve the problem of brain drain.The significance of this study lies in:(1)This paper enriches the case study of talent drain in Chinese securities companies.(2)This paper helps A securities company solve the problem of brain drain.(3)This paper helps A securities company better retain talents and promote its long-term development.This paper finds that:(1)The brain drain problem of A securities company is serious.This has taken a toll.These adverse effects include: increasing the company’s operating costs,reducing the company’s competitiveness,decreasing the working atmosphere and motivation,and triggering a chain reaction of employee job-hopping.(2)The reasons for the brain drain of A securities company include: lack of career training system for employees,small promotion space,lack of targeted compensation incentive measures,poor cultural value and working atmosphere,and insufficiently standardized business structure.(3)Company A can solve the problem of brain drain from the following six aspects: improve the talent training system,improve the talent promotion system,improve the performance appraisal system,improve the welfare and salary system,improve the corporate culture atmosphere,adjust the company’s development,and optimize the business structure.
