With the rapid expansion of China’s commercial chain enterprises,the rapid rise of large chain commercial enterprises,in the emerging market competition,the importance of talent has been highlighted.Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19,China’s economy has been on a significant downward trend since 2019,making the brain drain and employee recruitment even more difficult.The contradiction between the demand for talents of chain enterprises and the shortage of talents at different management levels is very prominent.Compared with other industries,the employee turnover rate of chain enterprises is higher.The most important thing in enterprise management is human management.The problem of human resources is one of the core problems that chain enterprises need to pay attention to.If it cannot be effectively solved,it will certainly affect the comprehensive development of chain enterprises.In the human resource management work,the employee recruitment link is very critical,which directly affects the enterprise to obtain the high-quality external talents,and has a great impact on the long-term development of the enterprise.Enterprises can obtain continuous fresh strength in employee recruitment,so as to provide continuous talent support for development.At the same time,employee recruitment can also promote the corporate image and enhance the attractiveness of the enterprise to the market talents.In addition,recruitment can promote the development of enterprises,the construction of high-quality talent team.As a large domestic commercial chain enterprise and a leading commercial enterprise in a certain province in Northeast China,OL Group plays an important role in promoting the economic development of the chain industry and local areas.This article analyzes the composition of employees and the current status of the employee recruitment system of OL Group based on theories and competency models related to employee recruitment.Through theoretical analysis,on-site interviews,and questionnaire surveys,it is found that the existing personnel recruitment management system of OL Group has problems such as unclear recruitment needs,inaccurate positioning,incomplete recruitment processes,lack of recruitment professionalism,and formalized evaluation,This article analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the problem and optimizes the employee recruitment system of OL Group based on the competency model.The optimization plan first establishes a scientific human resources strategic planning system,and proposes optimization countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of establishing a professional recruitment team,optimizing talent selection configuration,standardizing recruitment processes,improving recruitment channels,and strengthening recruitment effectiveness evaluation,ensuring the quality and efficiency of the company’s recruitment.Finally,measures were proposed to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan from the perspectives of ideology,manpower,and system.Through the research in this article,it can provide assistance for OL Group to achieve its development strategy from the perspective of human resources strategy.By optimizing the reasonable employee recruitment system,it can promote the development and utilization of talents,thereby promoting the long-term development of the enterprise and enhancing the core competitiveness of OL Group.The research results of this article can also provide useful references for employee recruitment work in other enterprises in the same industry.
