After China joined the World Trade Organization,China's pharmaceutical industry faces multiple pressures of competition: the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,the continuous emergence of new products and new technologies,the changes of the international pharmaceutical market,the further aggravation of the talent competition and so on.As a famous medical company of China,a comprehensive talent strategy is essential for Harbin Pharmaceutical Group owning the better survival and the better development,even retaining its competitive edge.This thesis is based on Harbin pharmaceutical group.The research method of theory contact practice is adopted on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis of human resource strategy.Through the investigation and research on human resource status,human resource management status and human resource strategic environment of Harbin pharmaceutical group,the existing problems in human resource management of Harbin pharmaceutical group are analyzed.Then,the strategy selection of human resources of Harbin pharmaceutical group was put forward from the aspects of recruitment strategy,training strategy,employee performance assessment strategy and salary incentive strategy.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the specific human resources strategy,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.It is hoped that it can provide useful reference for the adjustment and improvement of human resource strategy of Harbin pharmaceutical group.
