The recruitment process is one of the foundations of corporate human resourcesmanagement, and it is the main way of gaining access to high-quality talent.Recruitment of good or bad, related to the survival and development of enterprises.This paper studies the problems in theoretically in-depth analysis and discussion theinternal and external environment and the opportunity and crisis that face for therecruitment management system of JM group, to find out the existing contradictionsand problems of recruitment management, in-depth understanding business strategy,business policy, industrial structure, enterprise human resources present situation andplanning enterprises recruiting, current situation and existing problems of JM group asfoundation, through the application of theory of recruitment and other relatedknowledge, points out the importance of recruitment management systemoptimization, and from make recruitment strategies, quantization, determining therecruitment, recruitment and training, strengthen the budget standard recruitmentprocess, to build up the talent reserve system, improve the recruitment system made inJM group recruitment management system the problems of optimized train of thoughtand countermeasure, makes staff recruitment more reasonable and scientific, that willlay the foundation for the implementation of corporate human resources strategy toachieve and talent planning.
