In today's knowledge economy,corporate human resource management has become an important factor in promoting social progress and corporate development,and human resource management has become the main source of competitive advantage for the entire society.Corporate executives have begun to focus on the key role of talents in strategy and culture,the inherent cohesion and driving force of talents in the company's survival and development,and the core role of talents in market competition.Reasonably selecting,educating,recruiting and retaining talent are the core motivations for turning talent from challenge to opportunity.The selection of corporate talent management and recruitment is a very important link.Companies can recruit high-quality talents in this way.The main ways are related to the role of talents and the growth of the company's interests,and to achieve the company's development vision and long-term future development.After years of operation and development,Company A is in an expansion period,and the problem of the recruitment management system is becoming increasingly apparent.One of Company A's work focuses on optimizing the recruitment management system.This article surveyed the human resources recruitment management system of Company A.Investigate the current status of Company A's recruitment system through surveys and interviews.The main problem is that although the company has a human resources recruitment plan,it can not better serve the company's development strategy,resulting in the recruitment work is very passive because of unclear purpose;the recruitment preparation is insufficient.Without prior job analysis,recruiters are unfamiliar with the specific positions to be recruited,resulting in a lack of targeted interviews and poor recruitment quality;incomplete recruitment channels reduce the effectiveness of recruitment;interviews are more casual and lack overall Structure;recruitment results are subjective of recruiters;inadequate recruitment team capabilities and a single recruitment channel,lack of new recruitment channel management.Therefore,in response to the above problems,this article proposes the following solutions for optimizing the existing recruitment management system.Develop a recruitment plan,improve the recruitment management system,formulate a scientific and reasonable recruitment process,formulate detailed job descriptions,optimize the recruitment channel of Company A,and create a professional and standardized recruitment team.In order to ensure the implementation of the talent optimization plan,according to the actual situation of company A,carry out basicwork and strengthen human resource development.The management attaches great importance to the recruitment and demand for talents,authorizes the assignment of relevant management personnel,improves their professionalism and attracts more outstanding talents for the company,and strengthens the training of human resources recruitment concepts.These four aspects can ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme proposed in this article to improve Company A's human resource structure improves product development,sales and service levels,and improves the company's market,further enhancing competitiveness and developing and expanding the company's scale.
