The logistics hub is a group of logistics facilities that centrally complete various activities such as goods storage,transfer,distribution,and distribution.It is the organizational center of logistics activities,and plays an important role in building a new development pattern.With the increasingly prominent fundamental,strategic,and leading role of logistics in the national economy,accelerating the construction of logistics hubs can not only promote the accumulation of logistics resources and improve the efficiency of logistics operations,but also facilitate the smooth flow of domestic modern circulation systems and international logistics supply chain systems,support industrial transformation and upgrading,and achieve high-quality economic development.Therefore,scientific measurement of the energy level of logistics hubs not only helps to adapt to the needs of modern society,but also helps to explore reasonable paths to improve the energy level of logistics hubs.Based on the above background,this article takes the national logistics hub constructed within Henan Province as the research object.Firstly,it explains the basic concepts related to logistics hubs and hub energy levels,summarizes the connotation characteristics and evolution mechanism of logistics hubs,and sorts out the theoretical basis related to logistics hub energy levels.Secondly,based on the research results on the selection of energy level measurement indicators,a logistics hub energy level evaluation indicator system is constructed that includes six levels: economic consumption,infrastructure,logistics operations,hub distribution,information development,and logistics talent,and the specific meaning of the corresponding evaluation indicators is explained.Thirdly,summarize the overall development of the logistics industry in Henan Province,analyze the current situation of the construction of six national logistics hubs in Henan Province,and clarify their development level and functions.Then,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to longitudinally calculate the comprehensive score index of logistics hub energy levels in Zhengzhou from 2017 to 2021,and horizontally compare the comprehensive score index of logistics hub energy levels in 2021 to analyze their energy level differences.Finally,it summarizes and proposes the strategic layout of building a national logistics hub network system with Zhengzhou hub as the core and deep participation of various hubs,implementing corresponding key projects for hub energy level upgrading,strengthening policy support for hub energy level upgrading,and other hub energy level upgrading ideas and countermeasures,with a view to providing certain decision-making support for the sustained and high-quality development of the logistics industry in Henan Province,and providing reference basis for other logistics hub development strategy research.
