| With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process in China,urbanization relies on the construction of informatization to further promote the all-round development of cities,but various problems caused by urban development are also increasingly prominent,and the requirements of urban construction for informatization development have also changed Higher,as a high-level stage of urban informatization development smart city,its emergence is an important measure to solve various contradictions in urban development,promote economic transformation,and improve people’s quality of life.Cities have become an important strategic plan for the construction of various cities,and informatization has become a key task for the construction of smart cities.However,the concept of "smart cities" in various regions of China has not yet been fully understood.The research of urban informatization construction is also in the exploration period,so building a more scientific and unified evaluation index system of smart city informatization construction level and choosing a more scientific and reasonable evaluation model have become the core of concern for each smart city to further carry out informatization construction.Based on the above background,this paper first elaborated the background and significance of the research on the evaluation level of smart city informatization construction,and carried out relevant literature on smart city informatization construction research,smart city evaluation system,and city informatization evaluation system at home and abroad.To sum up,elaborate the theoretical concepts of smart city and city informatization and put forward the understanding of the two,and also clarify the connection between smart city and city informatization.Based on theoretical research,it proposes to influence the construction of smart city informatization The six elements of the level evaluation index system: the development of the urban economy,the construction of information infrastructure,the development of the electronic information industry,the innovation of information technology,the security of the information environment,and the management of information public services.Secondly,based on these six influencing factors,combined with other research results of scholars,a smart city informatization construction evaluation index system including one target layer,six criterion layers and 35 indicator layers was constructed,which entropy objectively sought The weight method and TOPSIS approaching the ideal ranking evaluation method are combined to establish anevaluation model of smart city informatization construction level based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS model.Finally,30 smart city research samples including the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions of China were selected for evaluation.Based on the entropy weight results and comprehensive evaluation rankings,the current status of smart city informatization construction in various regions of China was analyzed and the corresponding suggestions were proposed The countermeasures and suggestions of smart city informatization construction.The results of this study show that the evaluation index system and evaluation model are more scientific and feasible,and the empirical results are also in line with the current development of smart cities in various regions of the country,and have important theoretical value for expanding the research horizon of smart city informatization construction.It also provides countermeasures with important practical significance for the development of information construction in other smart cities. |
