Research On Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasures Of Informatization Level In Xuzhou Based On TOPSIS

China’s urban information started late,but the state has always attached great importance to it.The national two sessions held in 2022 put forward higher requirements for China’s informatization development in the government work report.Xuzhou’s 14 th five-year plan for industrial and information development also clearly proposes to use high and new technology to lead industrial transformation and upgrading,seize a new round of strategic opportunities.To improve urban information level,this thesis first defines the research background of urban information level evaluation by consulting materials.Secondly,using PEST analysis method,Taking Xuzhou as an example,this thesis analyzes the macro environment.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of urban information level including four dimensions and 21 specific indicators is constructed by combining expert interview and literature reading.Finally,the level are calculated by TOPSIS method,and combined with the evaluation results,the gains and losses of urban information construction in Xuzhou are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the urban information level in Xuzhou are put forward.The system in this thesis is not only applicable to Xuzhou,but also applicable to the evaluation of informatization level of other cities.The countermeasures and suggestions can also be used as a reference for information construction in other cities.
