Measurement And Influencing Factors Analysis For Rural Revitalization Level Of Jiangxi Province

Jiangxi is a province dominated by agriculture,with rural areas occupying the majority of the province’s area.Rural revitalization is currently one of the key areas of development in Jiangxi.The rural revitalization strategy of Jiangxi is formulated based on the national development strategy and the actual situation of Jiangxi,aiming to accelerate the transformation,upgrading,and development of the rural economy in Jiangxi,and achieve the goals of rural modernization and urban-rural integration.In order to better promote rural development and address the shortcomings of current rural development,it is crucial to measure the development status of rural revitalization reasonably and accurately.The measurement and analysis of rural revitalization and development can not only provide reference for government decision-making and evaluation of policy effectiveness,but also enable comparative learning among different regions.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an indicator system for the level of rural revitalization and development in Jiangxi based on the actual situation of rural revitalization and development,and quantitatively analyze the status of rural revitalization and development in Jiangxi.In addition,as a central province,Jiangxi has a relatively low level of economic development,and there is also a certain gap in the level of financial services.As a new type of financial service model,digital inclusive finance has the characteristics of convenience,efficiency,and low cost,which can provide important support and assistance for rural revitalization in Jiangxi.Therefore,this article also selects the digital inclusive finance index as the core explanatory variable to analyze the impact of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization and development.Studying and analyzing the influencing factors of rural revitalization in Jiangxi,including digital inclusive financial indicators,is of great significance for a deeper understanding of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Jiangxi.In addition,it can also provide reference and reference for the rural revitalization development of other central provinces and rural areas.This article selects data from relevant sectors such as population,agriculture,employment,and urban construction in Jiangxi from 2017 to 2021,and combines the actual situation of Jiangxi to improve the rural revitalization indicator system of prefecture level cities in Jiangxi from five dimensions of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life",totaling 12 aspects.It establishes a measurement of the level of rural revitalization development in prefecture level cities in Jiangxi,And conduct regression analysis on digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization development in Jiangxi by establishing a dynamic model.The results show that,from the overall level of Jiangxi,the comprehensive evaluation value of rural revitalization level in 2017 was 0.4343.After a slight decrease in 2018,it gradually increased year by year and reached the highest point of 0.5253 in 2021,with an increase of20.94%.Jiangxi has achieved significant results in rural revitalization and development,and the level of rural development has been increasing year by year.In addition,this article also analyzes the development and changes in the level of rural revitalization in each city at the prefecture level.Finally,using a dynamic panel model,it was found that the digital inclusive finance index has a significant positive impact on the level of rural revitalization and development,and for every 1 increase in the logarithmic digital inclusive finance index,the level of rural revitalization and development increases by 0.333.
