Smart Logistics is the product of the integration of traditional logistics and information technology.The application of information technology has improved the operation efficiency of Smart Logistics,reduced its operating costs,and brought people better logistics services and experience,which has improved the quality of life of people to a certain extent.The 14 th "Five Plans" clearly proposed to develop smart logistics.Central and western regions cover a large area and rich resources,and have the innate conditions for the development of smart logistics,however there is a gap in the development level of smart logistics in the central and western regions.Therefore,studying the development level of smart logistics in the western and western regions and exploring the influencing factors is of great significance for improving the development level of smart logistics.Taking 17 provinces(municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions)in central and western China(excluding Tibet)as the research objects,this essay analyzes the development level and influencing factors of smart logistics in central and western regions from 2012 to 2021,and further obtains the improvement path.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,measure the development level of smart logistics.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the existing research results,the current situation of smart logistics in the central and western regions is sorted out,and an index system applicable to the development of smart logistics in the central and western regions is established from the four dimensions of economic environment,infrastructure,talents and information technology.The weight of each index is calculated by the entropy method,and its development level is measured.The results show that there is an imbalance in the development of central and western provinces,only some provinces have developed well,and most provinces need to be further improved.Secondly,the influencing factors affecting the development level of smart logistics are analyzed in a configuration analysis.Taking the development level of smart logistics as the result variable,and taking the five indicators of scientific research funding,Internet usage,scientific research personnel,digitalization degree and e-commerce transaction volume of the transportation industry as the condition variables,the fs QCA method is used to configure and analyze the influencing factors of the development level of smart logistics in the central and western regions,and the development path is obtained.The results show that the smart logistics development level is the result of the multiple factors joint action,and a single variable cannot explain it.At the same time,five development paths,including three high-horizontal paths and two low-level paths were obtained,and the stability of these paths was tested.Finally,based on the above configuration research results on the measurement of development level and influencing factors,combined with the actual situation of each region,the improvement path and suggestions to promote the development level of smart logistics in the central and western regions are put forward,so as to provide reference for the development of smart logistics in various regions.
