Research On The Construction Of Military Product Project Quality Management System Of A Institute Based On Core Business Process

China’s military equipment construction is developing rapidly,and the equipment of the three services is upgrading from the second and third generations to the fourth and fifth generations;The quality construction of weapons and equipment has entered a critical stage,and the troops have fully entered the stage of forming combat effectiveness with new equipment and phasing out old equipment.This stage is a period when quality problems frequently occur and quality risks increase.In order to build a world-class army and ensure its combat effectiveness,high-quality and high-reliability weapons and equipment are required,and combat effectiveness should be continuously improved.General Secretary Xi pointed out that "we must adhere to quality first,put quality requirements throughout all aspects of equipment life cycle management,and take extraordinary measures to make a big improvement as soon as possible".This article analyzes and discusses the military product project quality management system construction based on the core business process of A Institute as an example.Taking typical business process as the main line,combined with the GJB9001 C standard and enterprise operation mode,then forming practice guide of quality management system construction based on core business process.The main work of this thesis is divided into three sections: First,it elaborates the related theories and research literature on quality management and military industry quality management system and civilian goods quality management system as well as the relevant research status of quality management in domestic and foreign enterprises.Based on the literature research and my work experience,put forward the idea of the quality system construction of A Institute.Second,taking the construction of quality management system of A Institute as the specific research object,through combing the project development process of the typical products "Integrated Electronic Information System"(airborne platform),to implement the requirements of quality management;at the same time,the quality management system is reconstructioned based on the process to form a military product project quality management system structure based on the core business process;Third,carry out the specific construction of the system according to the framework,and introduce the method of promoting the operation at the organizational level,as well as the specific practice and promotion of quality management in each development stage of X project,to verify the effectiveness of the system construction results.The construction of the quality management system based on the core business processes studied in this article has few research results.Through the reasearch on the construction of the military product project quality management system based on the core business process of the A Institute,the work idea,construction plan,operation mode and practical guilde have been formed.The results can be effectively applied again to the construction and implementation of quality management systems in other military products companies,which is of great significance to the academic research and specific practice of quality management.
