The Application Of Green Quality Management System In Ship Industry Research

At present, China, South Korea, Japan and other east Asian countries master the global shipbuilding industry hegemony, China with cheap, order offensive and batch is given priority to, in terms of "quantity", has held the first world.However, China's shipbuilding industry is influenced by steel prices, the RMB exchange rate changes, design and domestic supporting ability lowly, poor management level with etc factors, the future of China shipbuilding industry is concerned.In the face of the global manufacturing green ship, China's green quality management for ship research is imminent.In this paper the application of green quality management system in ship industry resear ch as the research object, make full use of China classification society CCS current related t echnical standards, through the comparative study method, analyse the differences and the relationship between theory environmental and the green quality management, through a co mbination of research methods and analysis, Research on the green quality management sys tem of the shipping industry; and the green quality management system process control app ly integration method;finally, through the method of combining case and norms, do the co mprehensive evaluation for some company specific implementation process system.At present, China's ship industry has inadequate investment in the green quality management, and lack the state formulates the corresponding green quality management system, which result in serious defects in the construction process.The purpose of this paper is through the establishment of green quality management system, enhance the competitiveness of our country shipbuilding industry and protect the ecological environment, is with great significancethefor the long-term development of the shipping industry.
