This paper first introduces the early theory of business processes,business process reengineering, process management theory in the construction industry,theory of business process reengineering and process improvement of relevant studiesand method. This paper using the methods of literature research, normative analysis andempirical analysis method in Chittagong company project quality management businessprocess current situation undertook a comprehensive diagnosis. Then, based onengineering feasibility study stage, design stage, material procurement stage,construction stage, project completion acceptance stage and engineering transfer the production stages of the business processes are described, the enterprises pay forperformance and the building of enterprise culture were also discussed. Finally, thearticle on the process improvement related matters are described. The aim of this paperis to provide a set of Chittagong Gas Co in accordance with the status quo,maneuverability is strong, improve the effect of process improvement plan.
