With the process of globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises in China has to face the challenge on how to develop sustainable advantage Therefore,it’s very important for enterprises to enhance yield by building 100%traceability system.The data can be used to help improve production qualityThis thesis is based on project management.In the beginning of the project,WBS and project planning method is pretty important.After well known the production process,project planning need to be adjusted.Meanwhile,six sigma process improvement methodology,using DMAIC model to make continuous improvement traceability system until reaching the goal of 100%traceability.According to "man,machine,material,method,environment,measurement" to identify the root cause of the problem and ultimately to improve yield through continuous improvement of production processes.At the same time,the enterprises can get stable yield rate by process optimization.
