The enterprise training strategy design is in relation to the enterprise level, personnel echelon "everlasting". The research and construction of enterprise training system is the key. So, if training win, the enterprise win.Previous training programs and training department or organizers of the training has been in the use of knowledge in the field of training operation, but under the situation of today's internal and external business environment changes rapidly, the enterprise's ability of the training object requirements inevitable urgent or change of the upgrade.
