Basically, it is the human resource (HR) competition between different companies in the competition of knowledge-based economy. Each electric design enterprise has realized the strategic role and importance of HR development, payed more attention to it. An enterprise has to continuously enhance the HR exploration, mostly their employee's training and developing to increase its core rival power and keep its advantage in HR to fufill its enterprise strategy. So how to construct a suitable and scientific employee's training system has become the most critical subject and task in modern HR management and was more concerned. Atter studying the courses about human resource management, organizational behavior and etc, so I began this project. Hopefully, it is meaningful and significant in practice.First I discussed the challenges between electric design enterprises, later gave a brief about employee's training concept, theories, methods etc. as the basis of designing SWED employee's training system, layed emphasis on the investigation and status analysis of its employee's training and the systemic training engineering construction.This thesis focused on the issue of SWED's training system. On the basis of investigation and analysis of the the status of SWED group by applying HR management and organizational behavior theories,founding out that the SWED's leadership regarded training more important and diverse training programs for different form and different level employees had taken into use in the past, but not building a suitable and available training system which exemplified by lack of scientific survey about trainee's requirement, not having effective evaluation standards, not forming an inner-trainer group in SWED et al. So I tried to build a training system suitable for SWED strategic goal and the main rusults and conclution followed as bellow:The scientific traning system construction must integrate tightly with the company's goal, HR strategy and enterprise culture in order to fulfill SWED's target.Good training program and subject need everyone involved in and stressed the leadership and manager's role in the whole training progress.Based on the traditional systematical training mode, I improved it and established a new training mode for SWED's employees. The new mode required everybody to participate and enhanced conjunction with SWED's goal and career planning when designing the systematic training requirement analysis and evaluation program.This thisis designed three type systematical training courses and the corresponding administrative schemes which were connected with SWED three groups, and enhanced to cultivate SWED inner-teachers to establish its interior trainer program.This thisis brought forward the innovation and gave an idea on digitized training resources and materials to build the education resource database and share in SWED.We need building scientific evaluation standard to estimate the training validity. In building training operational and evaluation system, I used quantitive and qualitative methods to make SWED's training more operable and perfect, and solved the problem in evaluating training effect. It was useful and necessary to use career management theory to design career-planning system.
