The Internet penetration rate in China is getting higher and higher,especially under the severe impact of the COVID-19 since 2020.Consumers’ consumption habits have changed greatly,and online shopping has become a habit.Offline retailers have transformed to online one after another,and online sales channels have become a must for all kinds of businesses.E-commerce agent operation service is an emerging service industry with the development of e-commerce.Its development is mainly based on the brand side’s demand for online channel expansion,and it is an important channel to undertake the upstream brand side,downstream e-commerce platforms and consumers.It has only been more than ten years since its development.B Company,founded in 2011,is a global service provider focusing on the international fashion field.It is committed to providing one-stop business solutions for international fashion brands and helping them to occupy a place in China’s e-commerce market.Due to electricity generation operation industry development time is shorter,operation of professional talent is very scarce,B company operating personnel fluidity big,shortage of talent pool,seriously affected the new brand access,hindered the development of the business,hope that through optimization to improve the situation of human resource management mechanism.This paper is focused on the operation personnel performance management mechanism,through literature analysis,questionnaire,depth interview method analysis of the main problems of performance management,through in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of causes of the problems,and based on the index lack strategic,cognitive,inadequate communication feedback,process performance management the lack of incentive,management as well as a lack of organizational support,The targeted optimization scheme is put forward.It is hoped to establish an effective performance management mechanism oriented by corporate strategic goals,with high participation of middle managers,timely process communication and feedback,and diversified application of results.
