As an important part of enterprise human resource management,performance management can not only help employees and enterprises understand their own advantages and disadvantages,but also help enterprise employee management.It has become an important means for enterprises to realize their development strategy.The core of market competition in the new era is talent competition,among which the competition for operation and maintenance outsourcing talents is more intense.How to retain and cultivate operation and maintenance outsourcing talents is particularly important.Based on this,this paper explores the performance management system with operation and maintenance outsourcing personnel as the main body,hoping to help enterprises better improve the quality of operation and maintenance outsourcing personnel and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.Taking Company A as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of performance management of operation and maintenance outsourcing personnel in Company A by using methods such as questionnaire survey and literature review.The assessment of operation and maintenance outsourcing personnel in Company A is mainly divided into two parts: one is annual assessment,which is carried out by the Human Resources Department;The other is routine assessment,which is carried out by the department of the person being assessed.However,there are the following problems in performance management of O&M outsourcing employees: low cognition of performance management,non-standard implementation of performance management,single and one-sided assessment indicators,insufficient feedback and communication,and insufficient application of assessment results.In view of the performance management problems of operation and maintenance outsourcing personnel of COMPANY A,this paper proposes the following solutions: Guide employees to better understand performance management and enhance their attention to performance management;Perfect the performance management system,standardize the implementation of performance management;System description of performance management indicators,according to the actual situation of the company to enrich and adjust;Effectively implement the communication and feedback mechanism to improve the level of performance communication and feedback;Establish and improve the assessment system,pay attention to the use of assessment results.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization measures,this article embarks from the system of supervision,etc.The corresponding protection measures are put forward,in order to realize the goal of performance management at the same time,make the company operations outsourcing personnel quality level improved,to better help the company achieve the period,guide the company to the sustainable and stable development of the road.It is hoped that the improvement and optimization measures and relevant guarantee measures proposed in this paper can improve the performance management of the existing operation management system;The research results of this paper have a certain reference value for the development of similar enterprises.
