Research On Operation Management Mode Of HX Insurance Jiangsu Branch

China's life insurance market,customer satisfaction-oriented era has quietly arrived,life insurance has also expanded from a single safeguard functional products to all-round services around personal finance.Since 1980,China's insurance industry has developed rapidly and the industry competition has become increasingly severe.At present,the insurance industry is not only the initial product price competition,but also a comprehensive composition of product planning before sale,product promotion during sale,and operation service after sale.Based on the current competitive situation in the industry,enterprises should integrate the chain relationships among various departments within the enterprise,establish a unified standardized back-up service system,which is conducive to combing the company's brand image,promoting corporate culture,and better creating corporate value.In this paper,theoretical research and empirical case analysis are combined,relying on HX Life Insurance Jiangsu Branch as the research object,based on working hours and field research,to explore the optimization of the company's operational service framework.Firstly,the theoretical basis and driving factors of the operation and management mode of insurance company are analyzed,and it is concluded that the implementation of flat operation and management mode is the need of market demand and future development of insurance company.Then it analyses several key links of centralized operation management of insurance companies,namely "organizational structure setting","business process optimization","overall planning of core system",and their advantages in improving service quality,reducing operational risks,reducing operational costs and improving operational efficiency.Then the implementation strategy of HX life centralized operation management mode is studied.On the basis of overall planning,the planning strategy scheme of organizational structure mode,facility planning,business process and system construction is put forward respectively.Finally,according to the key links of centralized operation management and the summary of practical experience,specific implementation suggestions are put forward.It provides reliable and practical guiding principles and methods for the construction of centralized operation management system of China HX Life,and also provides reference for other architectures and paths that are looking for their own management and control.
