With the global outbreak of the COVID-19,all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing.The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is ushering in development opportunities and facing challenges.The number of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies is growing rapidly,and the trend of market competition is gradually strengthening.The demand for talents in enterprises is becoming more and more urgent,and the junior managers are the most numerous level in the company’s management,and their comprehensive quality will affect the future development of the enterprise.How to cultivate a high-quality and high-efficiency grassroots management team has become the focus of attention of all enterprises.As a key enterprise in Jilin Province,Oriental Pharmaceutical Company is currently in a critical period of development and needs to seize opportunities to deal with challenges.In order to stabilize its leading industry position in Jilin Province,higher requirements are put forward for the competence of grassroots managers.However,the current grassroots manager training program of Oriental Pharmaceutical Company has become increasingly prominent,and an effective improvement program is urgently needed.This paper uses the knowledge of human resources learned,combined with the training-related literature research work,and rationally uses the internal data of the enterprise.Based on the adult learning theory,competency model and Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model,this paper conducts interviews and investigations on some employees of Oriental Pharmaceutical Company,sorts out the current situation of the training of grassroots managers in Oriental Pharmaceutical Company,summarizes the main problems existing in the training program,and analyzes the causes,and improves the training program in a targeted manner.Oriental Pharmaceutical Company should strengthen the division of management rights and responsibilities for the training of grassroots managers,improve the training plan,and ensure the long-term stable and healthy development of the enterprise.The improvement of the training program for grassroots managers is comprehensively analyzed from the three levels of organization,post and personal development needs,formulating training objectives,implementing training funds,designing training contents,making preparations for training tasks,strengthening the construction of training teachers,formulating reasonable training time,place and method arrangements,and evaluating and analyzing training effects.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the training work,a series of implementation guarantees are proposed from the aspects of organization,system and culture.From this,a scientific and reasonable training improvement plan for grassroots managers is designed,and strives to solve the main problems existing in the current training plan.This has important practical significance for Oriental Pharmaceutical Company to realize the improvement of employee ability and organizational performance.After the improvement of the training program,the training satisfaction of the grassroots managers can be improved first,and the professional technical ability and management level of the grassroots managers can be improved.It is helpful for Dongfang Pharmaceutical Company to set up a high-quality grassroots management team,realize the win-win situation of personal improvement of employees and healthy development of the organization,and make Dongfang Pharmaceutical Company continue to maintain the market advantage of Jilin Province and advance to the leading position in the industry.It provides strong support for the realization of the strategic goal of long-term stable development of the enterprise.
