With China’s economy developing as well as financial system increasingly improving, the financial marketization progress rapidly advanced. As an emerging industry, credit card industry took the opportunity to achieve rapid growth. Commercial bank credit card products and services are more and more diverse, not only meet the people’s demand for service innovation, but also play an important role in promoting personal credit, social consumption and industrial development. After nearly a decade of rapid development, the credit issuance volume had increased from25million in2003to330million in the end of2012. At present, the credit card industry has grown from germination stage into maturation stage, followed by facing international and domestic intense competition. For credit card market, the era of only seeking scale has passed, currently facing is the era of "post-scale". The issuing bank will concern about cases and details in future instead of concerning about the scale and statistical data, at the same time, more emphasis on meticulous management as well as control the whole picture from the details."Grasp the overall situation"and"attention to details" are two main features in the era of "post-scale". Thus, there are numerous unavoidable questions that need credit card center to solve:how to choose the core crowd as the point of penetration to establish a scientific and standardized training system? And according to this experience, how to gradually improve the training system to keep pace with business development demands which effectively promote high-quality growth of credit card center achievement?Through analyzing the credit card industry, junior managers as the sales backbone and basic level managers are the key of strategy implementation, which will directly affect credit card sales. Therefore, their competencies play an important role in strategy promotion. This article aims to study junior managers of A bank credit card center, reference international and domestic human resources management concept and staff training theory as well as talent assessment methods, combine with the current situation of the enterprise for identifying research object specificity. The author discussed the necessity and practice proposal of junior managers training system, hoping this article research conclusion will provide a effective and feasible perspective for credit card industry core training system establish.
