CY company is a state-owned road transportation enterprise at the Pearl River DeltaRegion.In recent three years, in order to adapt to the reform and development of theenterprise, it has organized a number of trainings for the management personnel throughcolleges and training institutions, which had little effect. In view of this, this paper selects CYcompany’s management personnel training as the subject, of which we will find the problems,find a way to improve it, and ultimately provide valuable solutions to the company’smanagement training.This paper targets on improving the quality and the effect of the company managementpersonnel training. According to the basic situation, the development strategy, themanagement personnel training records and the collection of large amounts of datainformation from188management personnel, we adopt the research theory of training needsanalysis, the training planning and implementation, evaluation of training effect, trainingachievement transformation etc. And at the same time we use method of historical dataanalysis, interviews and questionnaire survey, and finally analyze and diagnose for everysector of the company’s management personnel training and find the direction ofimprovement.The third chapter of this paper gives a detailed analysis on the data of interviews andquestionnaires. With research on analyzing the current situation of the training management inthe second chapter, six big problems are found in the CY company‘s management personneltraining. The quality and effectiveness of the training have been declined because of them:first, the basic work for implementing the training is not perfect, including the shortage oftraining personnel, the weakness of training function and incentive mechanism etc. Second,the training needs analysis is not effectively implemented, relevant work is still in the stage ofsimple operation. Third, there is a gap between the training plan and actual demand, forexample, training courses, training employees, training object selection and training methodsare not suited to the systematic and pertinence. Forth, the mastery and the flexibility oftraining implementation are inadequate. Besides, the training effect evaluation and inspectionis not truly implemented. The evaluation index is in shortage and evaluation of timeliness isnot strong, thus the evaluation about learning, behavior and results is blank. Finally,transformation of the training is not highly noticed. Lacking clear requires for transformationwill lead to the bad effect of transformation.In view of the former problems, the author proposes improvement strategy and implementation plan with pertinence, applicability and prospective in the fourth chapter ofthis paper, and also puts forward related guarantee measures in regard of improvementstrategy of operation. Finally we conclude that: Enterprise management personnel training isan important work to promote enterprise development. It is a systematic project. To achievesatisfactory results, not only training force and institutional guarantee should be takenseriously, but training needs analysis, training planning, training implementation, trainingeffectiveness evaluation and training achievement transformation and other key workimproved as well. Meanwhile, any shortage of the above elements, the quality andeffectiveness of the training will be affected.
