| Insurance agents have always been the top priority of the insurance industry,as the first bridge connecting consumers and insurance,familiar with the professional insurance system,insight into the changes in the insurance market,and constantly improve and optimize their professional services are the basic requirements for an insurance agent.Due to the late start of domestic insurance agents,related problems need to be solved.This paper further verifies the issues in combination with the agent training of Insurance Company A.This paper selects questionnaires and interview surveys to analyze the training needs,training content,training methods,training instructors and training effects in the training system of insurance agents of insurance company A.Studies have shown that:1.Training needs are not clear.2.Single form of training.3.The training content is not solid.4.The training feedback mechanism is incomplete.5.The professional skills of trainers need to be improved.Based on the above research results,the authors propose relevant optimization measures,such as: creating a complete training needs analysis mechanism,rich and realistic course content,diversified training methods,timely,scientific and operable training feedback system,optimal management of instructors and corresponding logistical support measures.It is hoped that these measures can help the training of insurance agents of Insurance Company A,cultivate a more professional,more refined and higher-quality insurance agent team for the company,and develop together with the company. |
