The Research On Designing Of Agent Training System Of Ping An Life Insurance Company Shaanxi Branch

With China's accession to WTO, China's insurance industry is not sheltered by the state policy.It has been gradually exposed to the highly competitive international market.The well-known international insurance giants have landed in China and leaded a fierce competition for market share with Chinese insurance companies, China's insurance companies are facing an unprecedented challenges. In this fierce market competition, "HR competition" has become the core competition of the insurance market. The agent is a major player in the business and market competition,insurance companies should improve the overall quality and competitive ability of the agent and pay attention to the staff training thing in order to get an invincible positiont and long-term development. I worked in the Human Resources department in Ping An Life Insurance Shaanxi Branch, combined with the years of experience in the insurance industry, analysis the current status of staff training system of the company, recognized that traditional training system can no longer satisfy the needs of the company.It's an urgent need to build a scientific and standards training system.At the beginning of this article,we introduce the relevant theory of training and the existing training for insurance company of China,which would support the designing a training system for Ping An life insurance company Shaanxi Branch.Second,this article studies the current situation of Ping An life insurance company Shaanxi Branch and analyze the current agent training system of the company.Finally,we redesign a new agent training system according to the research above.With this study,we hope contributing to the human resource development of this company.
