| Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the world economy,the global industry has undergone earth-shaking changes.Various advanced technologies have been applied in different production fields and different industries,which has affected the industry pattern and development trend.Different insurance institutions are using advanced science and technology to build e-commerce platforms,accelerating the development of e-commerce,and establishing strategic cooperation with other enterprises to take the road of integrated development of the Internet.Nowadays,the growth rate of online platform premium is accelerating,and the scale of premium is getting bigger and bigger,so that there are many derivative institutions and related industries,with the business operation mode and development trend showing different forms and development trends.In the "Internet +" era,commercial insurance operation mode change and adjustment of the formats require the insurance agents to master advanced knowledge and skills,since the insurance industry competition is one between talented people,whose essence lies in insurance agents.According to the current industry trends,insurance companies should optimize the insurance agent training mode,update the content,and set up the correct concept of training,which is a subject of common concern to the insurance industry.This paper analyzes and studies the problem of Ping An Life HD insurance agents,collecting and sorting out the relevant theoretical research results to obtain a literature review.This paper also briefly describes the basic situation of Ping An Life HD branch,including the organizational structure,staffing and basic contents,with in-depth analysis of the training system,training contents,training methods and training effects,etc.The deficiencies of the insurance agent training system are summarized,such as failure to timely evaluate the training effect,not paying attention to the introduction of teachers,rapid adjustment of training content,and the adoption of diversified training methods.The causes of these problems are deeply analyzed and explored from different perspectives.Combined with the background of the Internet era,suggestions for improvement and solutions are put forward according to the causes of the problems,such as attaching importance to evaluation and training,building a team of teachers,maintaining relatively stable training content,and adopting effective training methods,with the hope to obtain good training effects and improve the training level of insurance agents. |
