| In the global economic system,tourism has evolved into the fastest growing industry,and now it has become the largest industry.However,correspondingly,a series of service problems have resulted in poor experience and low satisfaction for tourists.At the present stage,with the rapid development of the Internet economy,tourists have a more open platform for the evaluation of scenic spots,and their requirements for various services are constantly getting higher,which requires managers to pay more attention to the satisfaction evaluation of tourists and continuously improve them.For scenic spots,the improvement of tourists’ satisfaction can increase tourists’ desire to visit again,so that scenic spots can obtain more operating income.Therefore,continuous improvement of customer experience and enhancement of tourists’ desire and satisfaction have become a concern at present.As a national 5A tourist scenic spot and the first batch of national key scenic spots,Wuhan East Lake Tourist Scenic Spot is located in Wuhan,Hubei Province,and located in the central urban area.It has relatively perfect tourism facilities and good tourism foundation,and can receive more than one million tourists every year.However,through understanding,it is found that the satisfaction of tourists to this scenic spot is not very high,and there is still something to be improved.Under such circumstances,this paper focuses on the reality of East Lake scenic spot,and under the guidance of tourist perception theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and tourist satisfaction theory,from the perspective of tourist perception,comprehensively uses literature review,questionnaire survey,SPSS analysis,IPA analysis and other methods to describe and analyze the satisfaction of tourists in this scenic spot.The satisfaction of the study mainly involves the perception of tourist image,service quality,tourists’ value and tourists’ expectation.In the survey,based on the questionnaire reliability overview,specific description and IPA analysis are carried out to find out the key influencing factors of tourists’ perception,so as to obtain the gap between the products and services it provides for customers and the content of tourists’ expectations in the East Lake scenic spot tourism,and then analyze the satisfaction of tourists in East Lake Scenic spot.For example,there is no specific perceptual image theme,lack of high-quality tourist service perception,lack of tourist service value perception,and no coincidence between reality and expectation;According to the above analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the satisfaction of tourists in East Lake Scenic spot,such as further forming its own unique tourism image,constantly optimizing its own services,strengthening the quality improvement of tourism embodiment,and building products and services that meet the expectations of tourists.Through these measures,the satisfaction of tourists in East Lake Scenic spot is constantly improved. |
