| In the past three years,the economic situation has finally turned a corner.With the opening of the market,the national income has shown a positive trend of improvement.The tourism industry has finally enjoyed good opportunities after such a long period of low tide development.Yellow crane tower scenic spot as China’s first 5 a level scenic spot,loved by many tourists across the country,belongs to one of the very important scenic spot in Wuhan,with garden,mei xuan,pine garden more than 80 attractions and thousands of years of history and culture,however,the current scenic operation is not good,visitors visits decreased year by year.The satisfaction of tourists has a great impact on the development of scenic spots,and has become the standard for the National Tourism Administration to evaluate the quality of scenic spots.Therefore,the investigation and analysis of the tourist satisfaction of the Yellow Crane Tower scenic spot has certain theoretical and practical significance.It can analyze and confirm the reasons for the lagging development of the scenic spot,and then put forward the improvement strategy to promote the sustainable and stable development of the Yellow Crane Tower scenic spot.This paper is carried out in accordance with the standardized process of "Problem Proposal-Theoretical Research Review-Case Introduction-Analysis Framework Construction-Case Analysis-Case Conclusion".There are six parts: firstly,the first part is the introduction of the research background and determines the innovation and research content;the second part is the theoretical research,which aims to provide certain theoretical support for this paper,and find the research space and starting point;the third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the Yellow Crane Tower Scenic Spot.This part constructs the evaluation system of the Yellow Crane Tower scenic area,and conducts the questionnaire design,investigation and analysis;the fourth part is the problem analysis.This paper analyzes the data of the Yellow Crane Tower scenic spot,analyzes the problems,and the fifth part proposes the countermeasures after COVID-19;the sixth part is the conclusion part.Through the survey and analysis of the satisfaction of the tourists in the Yellow Crane Tower scenic spot,that is,the specific analysis of the relevant information of the tourists,the quantitative analysis of the satisfaction of the tourists in the scenic spot and the statistical analysis of the dissatisfaction of the Yellow Crane Tower,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies to improve the satisfaction of the tourists in the Yellow Crane Tower scenic spot.It mainly includes: improving the catering and shopping service facilities in the scenic spot;optimizing the tourist flow after the epidemic,giving the unique cultural connotation to the Yellow Crane Tower products,improving the tourism complaint feedback mechanism,innovating the marketing to promote the brand service mode,and giving relevant opinions and suggestions for the sustainable development of the Yellow Crane Tower.The author sincerely hope,the design of the yellow crane tower scenic area,tourists overall satisfaction evaluation system can enrich the scenic spot tourists overall satisfaction of specific research content,thus help to optimize the environment of the domestic tour,strengthen the attraction of tourist scenic area and improve the management level and service level within the scenic spot,further prompted the scenic spot to take to the road of sustainable development. |
