A Quality Improvement Research Of Qipan Mountain In Lulong County Based On Tourist Perception

In the new era,the main social contradictions in our country have changed,and the people's need for a better life is constantly increasing,which includes tourism needs and a good tour experience.As the disposable income of residents increases year by year,the proportion of expenditures for tourism consumption continues to increase,further promoting the healthy development of tourism.The supply side of the tourism industry must improve quality and efficiency,and establish a sound and complete tourism service system,so that the tourism demand can be fully satisfied in quantity and also meet the quality level.Qipan Mountain in Lulong County is a national 3A-level scenic spot and one of the important tourist scenic spots in Lulong County.To meet the tourist needs of tourists,the quality of Qipan Mountain Scenic Area in Lulong County should be accelerated.This article starts from the perspective of tourists' perception,uses the Kano model and IPA analysis method,through the design and distribution of questionnaires,quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of the quality improvement of Qipan Mountain Scenic Spot in Lulong County,and proposes the corresponding tourism development strategies to further enhance the scenic spot Quality,improve the good perception level of tourists,and overall promote the quality and efficiency of tourism in Lulong County.The thesis first elaborates the research background and research significance,summarizes the research on tourist perception tourism management research and scenic area quality improvement research,and summarizes and analyzes the theoretical content involved in the research.The empirical research part of the paper first analyzes the development status of the scenic area of Qipan Mountain in Lulong County,and uses quantitative and qualitative methods to summarize and extract the factors that affect the quality improvement of Qipan Mountain Scenic Area in Lulong County.survey.The result of factor analysis shows that the factors influencing the quality improvement of the Qipan Mountain Scenic Spot have 10 dimensions and 40 measurement indicators.After inspection and analysis,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and it complies with the questionnaire compilation standards.Through the analysis of the Kano model and the IPA model,the specific factors that affect the quality improvement of the scenic area are analyzed,and the performance of the factors that influence the quality improvement of the Qipan Mountain Scenic Area in Lulong County based on the perception of tourists is obtained.The key factor in the chessboard mountain area.Finally,based on the analysis results of the model,the key indicators for the renovation of Qipanshan Scenic Area in Lulong County were determined,and a specific strategy for the reconstruction of Qipanshan Scenic Area based on the perception of tourists was proposed.
