| Since the country put forward the comprehensive implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural tourism,as an important way to realize rural revitalization,has attracted more and more attention.As the basic theory affecting tourists’ behavior,tourist satisfaction has always been a content worthy of discussion in the academic community.Therefore,the research on tourists’ satisfaction in rural tourism destinations has important practical significance.In addition,with the development of Internet technology,users’ publishing and sharing information on the Internet has become the norm of life.Many tourists will publish tourism information on the Internet after traveling.Network text analysis has become a hot spot in tourism research in recent years,but network text data may be multifaceted.Through the comparison of network text analysis and field research,on the one hand,the reliability of network text data can be verified,on the other hand,The results of the two research methods may be different,and it is also of theoretical significance to explore the reasons for the differences.This paper integrates tourist satisfaction into the evaluation of rural tourism in Chongdugou Rural Tourism Area in Luoyang,and uses the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire to complete this research.This paper collects the network text data and on-site questionnaire survey data respectively,arranges and analyzes them,obtains a relatively complete perceived value of Chongdugou Rural Tourism Area tourists through the combination of the two data,discusses the differences between the two results,and analyzes the reasons for the differences.In addition,through on-site research,understand the focus of tourists on network information,and explore the impact of reading travel notes on the perceived value of Chongdugou Rural Tourism Area tourists,hoping to help Chongdugou Scenic Area achieve better online marketing effect.After research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of questionnaire survey,tourists are generally satisfied with Chongdugou Scenic Area.In the questionnaire survey,the tourists’ willingness to revisit is the highest and the environment of the scenic spot is the lowest.(2)In terms of online comments,tourists are generally satisfied with Chongdugou Scenic Area.From high to low,the evaluation of each dimension of tourist satisfaction by online comments is the scenic area environment,accommodation,willingness to revisit,tourism resources,infrastructure,tourism services and prices.(3)The two data results are consistent on the whole,but there are differences in the data evaluation of tourist satisfaction.The main reasons for the differences are as follows:1、the characteristics of the tourists who comment on the Internet are obvious,and their personal experience,work characteristics and other personal factors make them have specific requirements on the purpose of travel,travel experience and other aspects;2、The characteristics of comments make the description of tourist destinations more macroscopic,so the indicators of the two methods are slightly different,which makes the results different to a certain extent.3、The limitations of the three and two methods may cause differences.Online comments may be affected by the subjective factors of researchers.In the questionnaire survey,the research results are affected by the questionnaire settings. |
