Study On The Convergent Development Of Agriculture And Tourism In Fujian Province

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress emphasized that the issue of agriculture farmer,and rural area is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.While the agriculture is rich,the foundation will be strong.While the ·peasant is rich,the country will be flourished.While the rural area is settled,social will be stabled.Strengthening the work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas and actively developing moden agriculture are the inevitable requirements for the implementation of the Strategy of Rural Revitalization and the construction of a new era of socialist harmonious society with Chinese characteristics.At present,the quality,efficiency,and competitiveness of agricultural development are not high.The capacity of farmers to increase income is weak,and the gap between urban and rural areas is still relatively large.Therefore,in order to make agriculture and the rural economy more dynamic,and farmers' living requirements are met,we must gradually build a basic system of integration of the three industries in the rural areas,and gradually form a modern agricultural industrial system based on the optimization of agricultural development methods.The integration and development of agriculture and tourism will produce a new kind of industry-agricultural tourism,which has a significant effect in solving the large rural labor surplus and low farmers' income,and agricultural tourism also has the function of protecting rural culture and improving the rural environment.Which also meet the urban residents1 functional tourism needs such as leisure and health needs.The vigorous development of agricultural tourism in our province has provided an important path for our province to implement the strategy of rural revitalization from the perspective of"tourism plus”.Based on the theory of industrial convergence,industrial relevance,coordinated development and industrial competitiveness,this paper analyzes the mechanism,path and eflfect of the integration of agriculture and tourism,and studies the inevitability and feasibility of the integration of the two industries in Fujian Province and the status quo.In terms of quantitative analysis,the coupled and coordinated evaluation model was used to use the coupling coordination degree as an indicator to study the degree of integration of the two industries.Not only selected relevant provincial data from 2005 to 2015 to study and compare the degree of integration in the province,but also selected data from various cities in 2015 to analyze and compare spatially.Then assumed and verified the positive correlation between economic,social,resource factors and coordination.Finally,in light of the above analysis,the aim is to promote the deep integration and coordinated development of agriculture and tourism in Fujian Province,and proposes to strengthen the government's role in overall planning,integration of resources,and standardization of development,as well as in the aspects of cultural creativity,high technology and financial capital to promote the integration of these two industries.
