Research On The Evaluation And Regional Differences Of The Development Level Of Agricultural Tourism Integration In Shandong Province

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,pointing out that we should adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,promote the extension of agriculture from breeding links to secondary and tertiary industries such as processing and circulation of agricultural products,and give full play to the multiplier effect of the three industries.The integrated development of agriculture and tourism,as a new development model in the context of industrial integration,has strong development potential and innovation.It can effectively solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era,it is also an important way to solve the contradiction of development in the new era and to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on industrial integration theory,coupling coordination theory,agricultural multifunctional theory and sustainable development theory,the integration status and integration mechanism of agriculture and tourism in Shandong Province are analyzed.In terms of quantitative analysis,firstly,constructing an index system for the integration of agriculture and tourism industry.Based on the relevant data of Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020,with the aid of the coupling coordination degree model,this paper measures the integration development level,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in Shandong Province and 16 cities,and defines the types and levels of integration.Secondly,based on the relevant data of 16 cities in Shandong Province from 2016 to 2020,with the help of Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition model and Kernel density estimation model,the spatial law of the coupling coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in 16 cities is empirically analyzed.The findings are as follows: First,the scale of the integrated development of agriculture and tourism in Shandong Province is expanding year by year,forming three major agricultural and tourism integration models based on agricultural sightseeing and picking,leisure and vacation tourism,and popular science education and tourism.At the same time,combined with the actual industrial development,Shandong Province has carried out the integration of agriculture and tourism from four perspectives : resource integration,human integration,technology integration and value chain integration.Second,from 2011 to 2020,the overall integration level of agriculture and tourism industry in Shandong Province is constantly improving,it has experienced a development process from the stage of being on the verge of imbalance to intermediate coordination.However,the overall integration level between the two industries is still at a low level,and there is still much room for improvement.Third,the coupling coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in 16 cities of Shandong Province is generally low.Only Jinan,Qingdao and Yantai have entered the stage of coordinated development,and the remaining 13 cities are in the stage of unbalanced development to varying degrees.Fourth,the level of integration of agriculture and tourism in the eastern,central and western cities of Shandong Province is unbalanced.Compared within the region,the difference between cities in the central region is the largest.In addition,this gap is gradually narrowing,showing dynamic convergence characteristics in space.Through the above research,it is found that Shandong province has some problems,such as low degree of coordination between agriculture and tourism,unbalanced regional development,serious homogeneity of integration mode and lack of professional personnel.In order to promote the coordinated development of the integration of agriculture and tourism in Shandong Province,this paper puts forward the following suggestions : form an industrial coupling promotion strategy with advantages and disadvantages;adhere to the strategy of regional balanced development according to local conditions;create a regional brand of characteristic agricultural tourism path;build a high-level talent gradient training system.
