The Evaluation Of The Efficiency Of Agro-Tourism Integration And Its Promotion

The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At present,China had achieved comprehensive poverty alleviation,and the work on the "three rural areas" has entered the stage of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 20 th Party Congress that the most difficult and onerous task of comprehensively building a strong socialist modern country still lies in the countryside,and that the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a powerful means to resolve the imbalance between urban and rural development in China and the inadequate development of the countryside.It is of great significance at a critical period when a moderately prosperous society is being built in all aspects and a decisive victory is being achieved in building a large socialist modern country.The integrated and coordinated development of agriculture and tourism is an effective way to realise rural revitalisation and points out the direction for rural revitalisation.Rural tourism,leisure agriculture and other forms of industrial integration strongly promote the development of rural areas.This paper analyzes the integration mechanism and internal and external integration dynamics of the agriculture and tourism industries on the basis of reference to domestic and foreign research experience on industrial integration and agro-tourism integration,constructs an evaluation index system for the agriculture and tourism industries in Luoshan County on the basis of analysis of the development status of the agriculture and tourism industries in Luoshan County,and adopts the linear weighting method,the coupling coordination degree model and the benevolent type average cross-efficiency model to evaluate and analyze the comprehensive development level,integration coordination degree and integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism.The study found that:(1)There is a big difference between the comprehensive development trend of the agriculture and tourism industries in Luoshan County,with the comprehensive development level of tourism always higher than the comprehensive development level of agriculture in recent years,and rising year by year,while agriculture lags behind and has certain shortcomings.(2)The coupling coordination degree between the agriculture and tourism industries has been maintaining a steady upward trend,but the overall level of development is not high and is still at the intermediate coordination stage,and there is still more room for progress.(3)In terms of the integration efficiency of the two industries,the promotion efficiency of agriculture to the tourism industry has been lower than that of the tourism industry to agriculture,and agriculture plays a smaller role,which to a certain extent has affected the high-quality integration development of the two industries.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Continuously explore and optimize the agricultural industry structure,create new vitality of agricultural integration and make up for the shortcomings of agriculture.(2)Integrate local rural farming,folk customs and culture into rural tourism,and help upgrade rural tourism.(3)Co-ordinate planning and promote the coordinated development of the agricultural tourism industry.(4)Through science and technology,accelerate the digital development of the agricultural tourism industry,stimulate the inherent potential of the agricultural tourism industry,promote the integration of the local agricultural tourism industry,and further optimize and improve the efficiency of the integration of the two industries.
