Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Agro-tourism Industry Integration Development In Shuangliu District

During the implementation and deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,the integrated development of rural industries,as an important way to realize the transformation of agricultural and rural modernization,has been repeatedly emphasized in various guidelines,policies,and plans.The integration of agriculture and tourism industries is the process of promoting the upgrading and transformation of rural industries and forming new industries and new models through the industrial linkage of agriculture and tourism,the gathering of various resource elements,the integration of science and technology,and the innovation of institutional mechanisms in the context of industrial integration,which is the new dynamic energy to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the rural economy,ecology,culture,organization,and society in the new development stage.Shuangliu District has made active exploration in the integrated development of rural industries by constructing "urban-rural integrated development units" and "rural revitalization corridors",integrating various industrial resources such as agriculture,commerce,culture,and tourism,and using "agriculture +" to promote the integration and development of tourism,commerce,and cultural and creative industries.The purpose of this paper is to conduct field research on the current situation of the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry in Shuangliu District,analyze the causes of the problems in the process of the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry in the county,and try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions,to provide a reference for promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of the agricultural tourism industry in Shuangliu District.Based on the theories of regional economic spatial structure,industrial integration theory and industrial cluster theory,the current situation of the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry in Shuangliu District is analysed through a combination of literature analysis,field research and case study methods,and with the help of geospatial data analysis tools such as Arc GIS,the advantages of the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry in Shuangliu District,typical cases in different modes,and the existence of problems.The main research findings are:(1)Based on the current good policy support,agricultural and rural construction foundation and tourism industry development foundation for the integrated development of agro-tourism industry in Shuangliu District,the integration of agro-tourism industry in the region is promoted to form a certain scale through industry chain extension and expansion,industry clusters and other means.(2)Shuangliu District has advantages in the location of the airport economic port and the recreation belt around the city,as well as local characteristic agricultural and tourism industry resources,and has formed different modes of agricultural and tourism industry integration practices in some villages and towns,such as scenic area-dependent,city-dependent and characteristic village-towndependent.(3)The main problems facing the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry in Shuangliu District are: the pattern of integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry needs to be deepened by multiple subjects;the momentum of the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry still needs to be strengthened;the insufficient gathering of resource elements restricts the process of the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry;there is an insufficient industrial linkage in the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry;the quality and effectiveness of the products and projects of the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry are not satisfactory;and the There are weaknesses in the basic guarantee for the integrated development of agro-tourism industry.(4)To promote the sustainable and high-quality development of agrotourism industry integration in Shuangliu District,we propose to build a development pattern of agro-tourism industry integration with the participation of multiple subjects,strengthen the development momentum of agro-tourism industry integration,strengthen the gathering of resources in agro-tourism industry integration,promote the deepening of agro-tourism industry integration with industrial linkage,promote the quality and efficiency of products and projects of agro-tourism industry integration,and improve the foundation of agro-tourism industry integration development.The six countermeasures and suggestions are aimed at solving the problems,promoting the deepening of the integration of the regional agro-tourism industry,and realizing the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside with "strong agriculture,beautiful countryside,and rich farmers".
