| As society continues to advance and grow,distribution of fresh agricultural products through the cold chain has become an essential service to satisfy the demands of the agriculture and logistics sectors.This has created both previously unheard-of opportunities and challenges for the business.The location choice for the cold chain logistics distribution center for fresh agricultural products at BX Company is crucial to the long-term growth of the business and to meeting consumer demand for these products.A number of policies relating to the development of cold chain logistics infrastructure have also been repeatedly established in Hebei Province and Shijiazhuang City,placing a high priority on the installation and growth of cold chain distribution facilities for fresh agricultural products.Therefore,it is crucial to carry out a scientific and methodical analysis of the fresh agricultural product distribution center and identify the ideal location plan,especially in light of the requirement to construct a new fresh agricultural product logistics distribution center and the favorable policy development environment.This article conducts in-depth research and scientific analysis on the location choice of the new Shijiazhuang Fresh Agricultural Product Distribution Center of BX Company in order to achieve the goal of minimizing logistics costs for fresh agricultural product distribution in enterprises,while also ensuring timely logistics distribution,achieving consumer satisfaction,and achieving economic benefits for the company.In order to achieve the optimal site selection for the new Shijiazhuang fresh agricultural product distribution center of BX Company,this article first carefully studied and analyzed the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the selection of fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics distribution centers through literature review,and summarized and summarized them.Secondly,through visits and research,the development status of the company was analyzed.Based on the distribution volume of the existing distribution center in Shijiazhuang,the company’s distribution volume in the next five years was predicted.At the same time,the consumption demand,consumer satisfaction,and policy promotion of fresh agricultural products in Shijiazhuang were analyzed,and the necessity of building a new distribution center in Shijiazhuang was proposed.Analyzed the production and transportation status of fresh agricultural products in Shijiazhuang,and through qualitative comparative analysis,identified preliminary distribution center options in existing logistics parks.Finally,a multi-objective cost model for the location selection of fresh agricultural product distribution centers was constructed through quantitative analysis.During the model construction process,the fixed cost of the new distribution center,the operating cost of the distribution center,the loss cost of fresh agricultural products during transportation,as well as the transportation and energy consumption costs of transportation vehicles were considered.The target cost of each alternative solution was first calculated,and then the optimal alternative point was determined by comparing the target cost.The final location for BX Company’s new Shijiazhuang Fresh Agricultural Products Distribution Center is located in the Juhe Port Logistics Park,which not only minimizes logistics costs but also has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. |
