First of all,the paper takes the performance management system of the financial service center of X Company as an example,and adopts scientific research methods such as literature research,project analysis,quantitative analysis,etc.For the first time,the relevant data,theoretical views and theoretical basis of the performance evaluation research of the financial service center in China have been comprehensively sorted out,laying a solid foundation for further in-depth analysis of the performance evaluation content of the financial service center of X Company;Then,it expounds the current situation of the construction and performance management of the financial service center of X Company,explains the difficulties it faces and analyzes the root causes of its problems;Thirdly,it reconstructs the performance appraisal framework of the financial service center of Company X,and puts forward effective methods to establish a complete performance appraisal framework for the financial service center of Company X;Finally,in order to ensure that the financial sharing service center of Company X can effectively use the re-established performance appraisal system and give full play to the role of the performance appraisal system,targeted measures and support policies are given to help the performance appraisal system work efficiently in the financial sharing service center of Company X.In establishing the performance appraisal framework of the financial sharing service center of Company X,this paper uses the guidance of the balanced scorecard method to further expand its dimensions on its original dimensions,and forms a perfect performance appraisal framework that reflects the company,users,internal processes,training and development goals and risks,and common strategic objectives of the company’s financial sharing center,A comprehensive and detailed reference data is proposed to improve the selection of the performance appraisal index system of the company’s financial sharing service center and promote the transformation and development of the company’s financial sharing service center,and it is expected to bring corresponding reference information and help for the establishment of the performance appraisal framework of the company’s financial sharing service center.
