With the advent of the high-tech information age,more and more multinational corporations and foreign-funded enterprises are continuously increasing and continuing to develop,and the capital and financial management involved in various enterprises are becoming more and more complicated.In recent years,more and more large group companies have successively established financial sharing service centers.The Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)is an accounting and reporting business management model that has emerged and become popular in recent years.The establishment of the financial sharing service center can focus on various complicated problems,simplify and streamline complex problems,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,improving the enthusiasm of employees,improving the management level of the company itself,and further It is a conscience cycle in which companies are able to achieve sustainable development.At the same time,the Financial Shared Service Center has put forward new requirements for the work style,professional quality and career planning of accountants.How to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of accountants,improve work efficiency,and achieve business objectives according to actual conditions,has become an important management goal of the financial shared service center.This paper explores the performance evaluation of the accountant of the Faurecia Financial Shared Service Center through two aspects.One is to read relevant references at home and abroad,and the other is to interview the accountants of the Faurecia Financial Shared Service Center.At the same time,the performance management method is used as the theoretical basis to make the overall research ideas clearer.This paper combines theory with practice,through the collection and collation of external related materials and internal related materials,from the concept of financial shared service center as the starting point,introduces the development trend and advantages of financial sharing services,and gradually progresses in this paper.Research.First of all,it analyzes the status quo of performance management of Faurecia Financial Shared Service Center,and gradually explores the existing problems.These problems have begun to hinder the rapid development of enterprises to a certain extent.Secondly,deepen the causes of these problems,find the root cause,and solve them one by one.Using the performance cycle model,combined with key performance indicators and balanced scorecards,two performance management methods to design a more effective performance management program for the Faurecia Financial Shared Service Center.At the same time,the weight distribution of the evaluation indicators is clearly defined,and the incentive mechanism is improved.Through the research on the performance management plan of the accounting staff of the Faurecia Financial Shared Service Center,the final result of the company's performance is more scientific and reasonable and easy to implement and feedback.The three aspects of the implementation of the performance management program were elaborated,so that the overall performance management program was better “landed”.
