| The implementation of my country’s engineering supervision system has played a positive and important role in improving the quality management level of engineering projects.With the changes in the internal and external environmental conditions of the industry and the adjustment of engineering supervision policies,the homogeneity of the traditional engineering supervision industry is serious,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Currently,supervision enterprises are facing many pressures to survive.In order to adapt to the competition in the industry and realize their own sustainable development,the supervision enterprises need to make strategic choices based on the advantages,disadvantages,challenges,opportunities and other factors of the enterprise,improve the competitiveness of the industry,and determine the development direction of the supervision enterprises,so that the engineering supervision enterprises can obtain obvious benefits.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out strategic research and strategic selection of supervision enterprises.In this paper,aiming at the problem of the development strategy selection of the supervision enterprise,through combing and identifying the internal and external environmental factors,the factors that affect the development of the supervision enterprise are obtained.The research case of the strategic choice of the supervisory enterprise draws the strategic strength,strategic area and strategic development direction of the enterprise,and puts forward the strategic choice of the supervisory enterprise’s development.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Through the analysis and identification of strategic influencing factors,screen out the advantages,disadvantages,threats,opportunities and other strategic influencing factors according to the internal environment and external influences.(2)Through the SWOT strategy research method,build a SWOT strategy matrix to conduct strategic analysis and evaluation of the supervisory enterprise,and conduct strategic selection research.(3)Study the actual case of a supervisory enterprise’s strategic choice,through the quantitative analysis of strategic factors,construct a supervisory strategy quadrilateral,and obtain the strategic type and strategic strength of the enterprise.On the basis of the strategic evaluation results,the strategic choice of the supervision enterprise is put forward: the differentiation of supervision business operation,the improvement of the core competitiveness of the enterprise,the transformation of the engineering supervision model,the strategic cooperation of the supervision enterprise,and the strengthening of the human resource management of the enterprise.At the same time,the strategy implementation guarantee measures are proposed. |
