The rapid development of Internet Finance, spawned some financial institutions established by private capital, especially the Zhejiang internet commercial bank which is launched by Alibaba’s branch operation-Ant Financial, is attracting extensive attention absolutely. As the new generational internet bank, not only does it carry forward, but also is confronted with great opportunities and dire challenges.Based on the cases study on Zhejiang internet commercial bank.Firstly, this paper analyzes the content of the service and the characteristics of the Internet bank, which introduced the introduction to Zhejiang internet commercial bank. the content including the background of ZheJiang internet commercial bank and the current situation of the development of internet commercial bank, ZheJiang electronic retailing banking business model and business’s characteristics of the development, etc.Secondly,This paper makes a detailed introduction for the resource integration, scope of business,service quality and customer stickiness which are factors affecting the banking model.This paper mainly uses the SWOT analysis. the paper comprehensively analyzes the ZheJiang electronic retailing development facing the internal and external challenges for development, respectively from the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. The paper analyzes four aspects to analyze the development of electronic retailing banking business. the advantages of the Zhejiang internet commercial bank in technical conditions, customer base, operating costs and customer stickiness. the disadvantages such as information technology, quality of service, network security, and scope of business. the opportunity in the national policy, competitors and other aspects. the threat in the bank of commonality, etc. Finally, the analysis of different aspects makes the conclusion, and based on the results of the analysis, the author takes his own conclusions and recommendations.The introduction mainly introduced the selected topic background and research significance, the thesis research ideas and methods, innovations and shortcomings.The first chapter analyzes the background of Zhejiang internet commercial bank and the bank’s business model and characteristics and the practical role of setting up the bank.The second chapter analyzes the effectiveness of corporate governance of Zhejiang internet commercial bank and the SWOT analysis based on the basis of the effectiveness of corporate governance contains four aspects, such as the advantages, opportunities, weaknesses and threats.The third chapter, according to SWOT analysis, puts forward some suggestions for the different strategic combination such as opportunities-advantage, disadvantage-threats,disadvantage-opportunities and advantage-threats.Finally, the paper puts forward that Zhejiang internet commercial bank should choose the expansive development strategy and dislocation development strategy.
