The thesis researches on the strategic choice of company G. Base on this, the thesis suggests how an integrated circumstances distributor to keep competition power through adjusting internal managements, finally reach the goal to avoid the risk of crisis. Many analyze tools of strategic management are used in the paper. By using specific tools, the paper analyzes the crisis'effect to the external environment where company G is in, and draws out the threat and opportunity. The thesis also estimates the advantages and disadvantages of company G by analyzing her key internal elements. Works on above two analyses, the thesis gets the company strategy and competition strategy by constructing SWOT matrix.The structure of the paper is as below. The section one points out the question which the thesis wants to solve, and the goal, meaning of the research. Also here introduces the development status on strategic management, both overseas and in china. Section two analyzes the external environment and industry status. The section points out company G can grasp the chance of external to avoid the threat from external. Section three analyze the key internal element of company G includes the status of finance, organization structure, ability of research and develop, service ability, and manpower and company culture. From the analyses of all these elements, the paper has a suitable estimate on the advantages and disadvantages of company G. Section four combines the solution of section two and three, finally makes out the company strategy and competition strategy. The SWOT matrix is used in the section. Finally, section five lists the corresponding measures to fulfill the strategy. These measures include changing the general manger; lowing down the fiance cost; adjusting product line structure to optimize the distribution of resources; proving the manage skills on developing project; enhancing inner control system, and upgrading manpower management.At the end of the paper, the thesis suggests concrete measures to IC distributors to deal with the crisis.
