With the advent of the era of big data,digital economy plays an important role in the high-quality development of the national economy,and digital transformation has become a huge driving force for the rapid development of enterprises.The digital transformation of enterprises not only means the deep integration of digital technology and production,but also marks the transformation of enterprises from traditional production and operation mode to digital production and operation.Paper industry is an important basic industry and plays an important role in various fields,but the pollution is serious.Under the dual carbon strategic goal,the increasingly high environmental standards,carbon emission reduction requirements have accelerated the merger and reorganization of paper enterprises and the survival of the fittest.Intelligent,green and sustainable development has become the goal of many papermaking enterprises.Shanying International Holdings Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shanying International"),a large papermaking enterprise,is also actively exploring the road of digital transformation.How to implement the digital transformation of enterprises and whether it has a significant positive impact on the performance of enterprises after the implementation are the research focuses of this paper.This paper selects Shanying International(stock code: 600567)as a case to explore the path of its digital transformation and make a more in-depth and comprehensive evaluation of its performance before and after the transformation.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first two parts introduce the research significance and background of the paper,and summarize the literature and concept definition of digital transformation and corporate performance.The third part of the case company Shanying international digital transformation motivation are analyzed,and combed the implementation strategy and effect of enterprise digital transformation.Shanying International has realized the improvement of enterprise management efficiency and the reduction of energy consumption cost by building a new business model and intelligent benchmarking factory,intelligent application of electronic contracts,and building an integrated marketing platform.The fourth part is the performance research of Shanying International Company before and after the digital transformation.This part first analyzes the financial performance of Shanying International Co.,Ltd.,and compares the performance before and after the transformation based on the classic four types of financial indicators.Then it evaluates the comprehensive performance of Shanying International Company before and after its transformation based on factor analysis.Finally,according to the digital transformation strategy of Shanying International Company and its pursuit of intelligent,green and sustainable development goals,non-financial indicators from the perspective of innovation,customer,human capital and environmental protection are selected as supplements to performance evaluation.The fifth part is the research summary and enlightenment.Through digital transformation,Shanying International Company not only improves the business ability of enterprises,but also has a qualitative leap in environmental protection and sustainable development.According to the conclusion of the case,it is concluded that: first,the road of digital transformation needs to be continuously deepened;second,enterprises should establish effective financial risk prevention mechanism;third,to reduce the scale of debt,improve solvency.Finally,this paper points out the shortcomings of this study,hoping that other enterprises should also consider their own situation when learning from the experience of Shanying international digital transformation,and find the most suitable way of digital transformation to achieve great performance improvement. |
